void scaleTo ( float $x [, float $y ] )

swfdisplayitem->scaleto() scales the current object to (x ,y ) in global coordinates.

The object may be a swfshape(), a swfbutton(), a swftext() or a swfsprite() object. It must have been added using the swfmovie->add().

It's good to know that when you do "$i->scaleTo(0,0)", it doesn't output an "empty object" ( nothing... ) on the screen, but the object with its original dimensions.

after a shape etc. has been added, the refence to the DisplayItem is returned:
             $displayItem = $sprite->add($shape);
             $displayItem->scaleTo(0.1,0.1);

the above scales it to 0.1 of whatever its original size was
