The MSSQL extension is enabled by adding extension=php_mssql.dll to

To get these functions to work, you have to compile PHP with
<span class="option">--with-mssql[=DIR]</span>, where DIR is the
FreeTDS install prefix. And FreeTDS should be compiled using
<span class="option">--enable-msdblib</span>.
